Sustainable and environmentally friendly actions are of great importance for our earth, our customers and our employees.

From July 2021, Fried Kunststofftechnik has been manufacturing all plastic components carbon-neutrally. For this purpose, Fried purchases certified 100% green electricity and green gas. The green electricity comes from TÜV SÜD certified European hydropower plants. In order to compensate for the carbon emissions of the natural gas, offsetting takes place via carbon emission reduction certificates based on the Life Cycle Assessment concept of the German Federal Environment Agency. This is ensured by a green book management system of TÜV SÜD.
