As of November 1, 2025, the Fried Group, Urbach, has acquired the business operations of BIT Analytical Instruments GmbH in Schwalbach/Taunus. The company will continue to operate under the name BIT Analytical Solutions GmbH. With this strategic development, BIT gains a strong and innovation-driven partner. The acquisition secures more than 100 jobs at the Schwalbach site and contributes to the continuation of valuable, long-standing customer relationships.
